Rafael has an extensive understanding of estate planning and administration.
Rafael has provided estate planning seminars to such groups as United States Revenue Agency and the City of Los Angeles. He has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education programs, has been an instructor at the Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper United States and is the author of Practical Wills Drafting, Butterworth, 1992. Rafael obtained his B.A. in 1976 and his law degree in 1979 both from Queen's University. He was called to the bar in 1981.
